FAST Group
Leading the design and development of a unified digital platform for FAST Group, bringing together wealth management, insurance, taxation, compliance, and business advisory services under a scalable multi-brand experience.
Ongoing client engagement involving strategy, architecture, design, development, CMS implementation, lead generation systems, and third-party business integrations for a Mumbai-based financial services group.
Initially scoped as a standalone financial advisory website, stakeholder discussions evolved the project into a unified FAST Group platform combining wealth management, insurance, compliance, taxation, and business advisory services.
Designed a multi-brand architecture with a common FAST Group entry point, dedicated FastFinsure and FAST Solutions journeys, integrated lead capture, CMS-driven content management, and ERPCA CRM connectivity.
Established the engineering foundation including repository strategy, CI/CD pipelines, deployment infrastructure, content architecture, analytics planning, and scalable component systems for phased delivery.
Leading end-to-end design and development of a production platform featuring blogs, resource centres, calculators, consultation booking, lead generation funnels, CMS management, and operational integrations.
MITTI
bringing rural homestays online.
A full-stack rural homestay booking platform developed as my final-year project. Built to help travelers discover authentic stays while giving hosts the tools needed to manage listings, bookings, and guest interactions online.
Many rural homestays offer memorable travel experiences but remain difficult to discover online. Hosts often lack digital visibility while travelers struggle to find authentic stays outside mainstream platforms.
MITTI is a full-stack booking platform built specifically for rural tourism. It gives hosts a way to showcase properties online while helping travelers discover, book, and review unique stays.
The system includes dedicated experiences for travelers, hosts, and administrators, covering listings, bookings, reviews, property management, and platform moderation.
Built using Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Firebase Authentication, and Razorpay. The architecture focuses on scalability, maintainability, and type-safe development.
The project involved database design, authentication flows, booking workflows, role-based access control, responsive UI development, deployment, and production-focused architecture decisions.
MITTI became my largest academic software project and provided hands-on experience designing and building a complete full-stack application from concept to deployment.
